Refund Policy

Requests concerning damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods must be started within 30 calendar days after delivery. We do not accept a voluntary return solely for a change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrectly selected size or option, without limiting rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Request and authorization

Email vuheqobu32@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason, and photographs or video of the item and packaging. Wait for approval before returning anything. If approved, we provide the correct return address and instructions; our correspondence address is not automatically a return warehouse.

Resolution

A replacement or exchange depends on review and available inventory. An approved refund is initiated to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after approval. A bank, issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
