Shipping Policy

Checkout confirms whether an address and an order containing Stationary Chairs, Stadium Seats, Accessories, Rockers, Portable Shade, Tables can be shipped, together with the applicable delivery charge.

Processing and carrier travel

After successful payment authorization, normal processing takes about 1–2 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days. These periods exclude weekends and applicable holidays and are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Address, tracking, and parcel problems

Review the recipient name and address before paying. Tracking appears when available. For a delay, loss, delivered scan without receipt, or transit damage, email vuheqobu32@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, tracking reference, and clear photographs where relevant. Keep the parcel and components while we review the carrier record.
